MUMBAI: Naagin 6 is a major hit amongst viewers, and Tejasswi's chemistry with Simba has become the talk of the town. Tejasswi has garnered a lot of appreciation for portraying the character of Pratha in Naagin 6. The show has also been doing well on the TRP charts.
In an exclusive interaction with TellyChakkar, Tusharr Khanna aka Yash spilled the beans on the fitness regime and diet he follows in order to maintain a perfectly toned body. He also spoke about what he does in his free time.

Tell us about the fitness regime you follow to look fabulous and hot.
My routine is very basic, and I am very disciplined when it comes to fitness, I do not compromise when it comes to staying fit. I do not miss my workouts; I can compromise on sleep but not workouts. I have practicing a fitness regime for years now. I prefer yoga for strength, energy, flexibility, and fitness. It also motivates me.
Tell us about your diet.
I do not consume carbs; I cannot recollect when the last time I had sweets. I control myself from eating junk, and it comes automatically to me as I am into yoga.

What do you do in your me tim
I prefer to read and travel solo. Recently, I had been to Leh-Ladakh, where I spent a blissful time with Mahadev as I am a true follower of his. It was a magical time because it was on the occasion of Mahashivratri. I meditated at 20,000 feet above sea level, and I really loved it.
