MUMBAI: Twinkle Vashisht has been in the industry for quite a while. The talented actress is currently playing the role of Kritika in Zee Tv’s Kundali Bhagya. In an interaction with TellyChakkar, she revealed the fitness regime that helps her stay fit and toned and what she does in her me time.
Tell us the fitness regime you follow.
To be honest, before the lockdown, I was quite fit, but after that, it became very much difficult for me to get in shape. As an actor, I believe that if you don’t have time to go to gym, it is better to run, which I do after or before my shoot as a basic exercise. People say that you should walk 10,000 steps, which is close to eight kilometres, but if not eight, you can walk at least five kilometres. But all in all, weight gain and loss is all dependent on the calorie intake.
Tell us about your favourite food.
A few days ago, I had lots of food as it was myncheat day. I had pani puri, momos, biryani, and cupcakes. Then it became very much difficult for me to handle the situation as I was not feeling well.
What do you do in your me time?
I love my own company. I love staying away from people and spend time on my laptop and or with my dog. I eat my favourite food, watch web series, and sleep well.
