MUMBAI: Popular television star Aamna Sharif, who last wowed audiences with her power-packed role in MX Player’s Damaged S3, has reportedly bagged yet another high-profile project. The actress is leaving no stone unturned to ace the part and has undergone a massive physical transformation for the same.
Nothing official is out yet, but industry reports suggest the actress has been roped in for a massive romantic drama.
A source revealed, "Aamna Sharif is gearing for an out-and-out love story. The actress will have a full-blown romantic avatar, something she hasn't done before on screen. It will be a sweet surprise for her fans out there."
Spilling more beans, the source says, “Aamna Sharif is an actress of homework. To get into the skin of her character for her next project, she underwent intensive training and a workout regime to lose weight. Her transformation will definitely leave fans surprised! Apart from that, she is also taking acting workshops to look even more convincing on the screen.”
There is no concrete information on her upcoming project and the makers behind it, but seeing Sharif on screen has always been very special for her fans, so they are looking forward to the project with bated breath.
Aamna Sharif started her acting career as Kashish Sinha in Ekta Kapoor’s Kahiin To Hoga opposite Rajeev Khandelwal. Her last television show was Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 on Star Plus, again produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms.
