MUMBAI: Sasural Simar Ka 2 started with Gitanjali Devi entrusting Simar Bhardwaj with the task of finding an ideal bride for her grandson. Simar's quest ends when she meets her namesake, Simar Narayan, who dreams of making it big as a singer.
The lead cast includes Avinash Mukherjee, Radhika Muthukumar, Karan Sharma, and Tanya Sharma.
Krutika aka Dhami’s entry has already created a lot of trouble in the lives of Aarav and Simar. Dhami is very adamant to have Aarav in her life as a life partner.

Earlier we see how Dhami has created havoc in Aarav and Simar’s life.
Dhami is determined to break Simar and Aarav’s relationship as she wants to snatch Aarav away from her.
In the upcoming episode, Simar comes to Reema.
Simar, with all the strength reflecting in her voice, tells Reema that enough is enough. Dhami did all that she could and now she will stop her from playing her games.
Simar adds that Aarav has felt very helpless lately due to Dhami but not anymore as now she will do something to ruin Dhami’s game.
Reema will listen to her with tears in her eyes as she gets emotional seeing Simar this strong and not willing to give up.
