MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.
The show is gearing up for some intriguing twists and turns.

In the previous episode, Rudraksh takes the blame upon himself saying that he was present on the terrace that night and that Dev slipped and fell off the terrace.
Revati falls for the story but targets Rudraksh anyway by saying that he is still responsible for Dev’s death.
Rudraksh argues with her that it was an accident and not a murder.
Here, a constable comes with the post-mortem reports and informs Revati that Dev was strangled to death.
This surprises everyone in the room as they all thought that Dev died because he fell off the terrace.
Revati is so shocked that she leaves to meet the doctor.
The doctor informs Revati that there are marks on Dev’s head which indicate that he did fall from the terrace but didn’t die because of the same.
The doctor adds that though it was a serious injury he could have survived if he was hospitalized on time.
The doctor will point out that Dev was strangled and that is how he died. He even shows her the marks on his neck.
Revati gets shocked as she recollects what Rudraksh told her earlier about Dev's fall.
Revati tells the doctor to find the culprit through the finger prints on Dev’s body.
She gets angry and goes back to Rudraksh. She tells Rudraksh that she has enough clues to hold Rudraksh as a suspect and take him into custody.
Preesha gets angry at Revati saying that she has no proof against Rudraksh. Revati questions Preesha if she has any proof that Rudraksh is innocent.
Preesha doesn’t say anything and so Revati tells Rudraksh that he will now be taken under custody as he is the prime suspect.

In the upcoming episode, Preesha visits a temple to pray for Rudraksh.
She prays that she finds the real culprit and saves Rudraksh.
Preesha wants Devi-Maa to help her reach the real culprit as Revati maybe adamant upon placing blame on Rudraksh, Devi-Maa knows the truth that Rudraksh is in fact innocent.
Later, as Preesha steps out of the temple, she sees a woman crying in a corner of the temple.
A point to note here will be that after Rakesh threw money on Nalini and told her to leave, he also gave a coat to her. The same coat which he was wearing, the night he killed Dev.
Now, Preesha sees Nalini crying, wearing that same coat.
Preesha comes to Nalini and asks her what the problem is.
Nalini first refuses to say anything but then tells Preesha that she fell in love with a person who never loved her but only used her for physical pleasure and now that she is pregnant with his child he refuses to take any responsibility.
Preesha gets worried for her and asks her if she can help her but Nalini refuses as she will be broken emotionally.
Nalini tells her that the guy she fell in love with is a very wrong person. Preesha tells her that she is a gynaecologist and can help her. She will insist that they go and meet whoever the guy is.
Preesha asks Nalini the guy’s name but just as Nalini was about to reveal the name, she is hit by a truck.
Preesha however, mindfully clicks a picture of the truck’s number and later hospitalizes her.
Later, a nurse comes and gives Preesha a purse and coat that belonged to Nalini.
Preesha suddenly notices the coat’s button. She recollects the button that Revati had shown which looked the same as the button on the coat was. She then notices that the coat has a missing button.
She gets puzzled as her mind gets busy connecting the dots.
Will she find out the real killer?
