MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.
The show is gearing up for some interesting twists and turns.

In the previous episode, Preesha reaches Nalini's house where she meets her mother.
Preesha asks if she knows Nalini’s boyfriend and it is then that her mother shows her a picture of Nalini’s boyfriend.
Preesha is shocked to see the picture but soon connects the dots and everything starts making sense to her.
Later, Preesha meets the truck driver and asks him who paid him for the job.
Revati and Rakesh watch the news and it’s shown that Nalini met with an accident where the truck driver is arrested. The news informs that Nalini was pregnant and the child is safe. The reporter also adds that the DNA samples of the child are saved as it will be used to search for the child’s father.
Rakesh devises a plan to steal the DNA samples from the lab but doesn't realize that it is in fact a trap. Preesha will be waiting for him in the lab as he arrives.
Rakesh is left shocked seeing Preesha there.

In the upcoming episode, Rakesh gets shocked seeing Nalini alive and asks Preesha how she is still alive.
Preesha tells her that she was never dead and that she lied earlier.
Preesha says that she did all this just to bring him here but now she is sure that Dev’s murder was committed by him.
Later, Rakesh confesses the truth out of frustration that he indeed killed Dev because he was wasting all his hard-earned money and was playing with the respect and value that he had earned in his career.
Preesha tells him that she has recorded the confession and now no one can save him.
Just then, Rakesh takes his gun out and points it at Preesha saying that she can only show the recording if she is even alive.
Nalini gets shocked seeing this.
Will Nalini sacrifice her life to save Preesha?
Will Revati come to the location and catch Rakesh red-handed?
