MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.
In the previous episode, Rudraksh tells the whole truth about Rajeev being murdered by Yuvraj and Preesha knew it but didn’t reveal it to anyone.
Saransh understands Preesha’s side and tells Rudraksh that his behaviour towards Preesha is wrong as Preesha has done so much for everyone. He points out that Preesha took the blame for Venky’s murder or else Rudraksh would’ve been in jail. He also points out that if it wasn’t for her, he himself would’ve been on the street as an orphan.

In the upcoming episode, Saransh comes to the main area and Preesha sees that he is upset. She asks him what happened and Saransh opens up that he knows about Rajeev’s murder as Rudraksh told him everything. He also tells her that he doesn’t hold her responsible for this as she only hid this from the family for everyone’s good.
He also tells her that he took a stand for her against Rudraksh, telling him that he is wrong to behave rudely with her.
Preesha hugs Saransh as they both get emotional.
Revati sees all this and feels insecure and angry.
