MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the previous episode, Rudraksh performs and dedicates the performance to Preesha. He even calls Preesha on the stage and dances with her.
Later, Revati gets what she wants. Rudraksh decides to play the guitar and just when he plucks a string, he gets electrocuted and falls unconscious on the floor. Everyone gets shocked to the core seeing Rudraksh on the floor.
This was actually Revati’s plan as after the guitar had arrived, she took it with her to her car and cut a wire slightly. GPS had seen Revati in her car with the guitar but did not say anything.
In the upcoming episode, Preesha wakes up early in the morning and finds Rudraksh missing by her side. Preesha panics thinking where he would go. Preesha’s attention goes on her mehendi and she observes that the mehendi is alright even though the previous night it was ruined.
Later, Rudraksh comes and tells her that when he woke up in the middle of the night, he saw the mehendi that was ruined because of him and so he applied the mehendi himself. Preesha asks her if it means that he forgave her and Rudraksh agrees. He tells her that he shouldn’t have been angry even after so many things that Preesha has done for all of them but Preesha tells her that it’s okay as she understands the reason behind his anger.
