MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the previous episode, Revati serves kheer to everyone but tells them that she cannot have it, as she is allergic to milk and cannot consume sugar as she is diabetic. She sees everyone, not just enjoying the kheer, but asking for another serving. She’ll pretend to be happy, but is internally shocked, thinking about how the family is still fine.

In the upcoming episode, a big confrontation takes place between Preesha and Revati.
Revati freaks out as her plan fails. She goes to her room and wonders about what went wrong!
When she calls the caterer, Preesha comes to the room with his phone. Preesha asks her why she is calling the caterer but Revati tries to act innocent and asks her why she has the phone. Preesha tells her that she already knows why she has the phone so there’s no need to pretend. Revati stops acting and tells her that it’s good as now she doesn’t have to act anymore.
Will Preesha be able to stop Revati?
