MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the previous episode, Preesha and Yuvraj come face to face and Yuvraj tells her that all he wants to do is break Preesha and Rudraksh apart.
Later, Revati comes to Preesha and shows her a video. in which GPS will be seen tied to a chair, asking for Preesha's help. Seeing this, Preesha gets terrified and starts wondering how to save GPS and stop Revati.

In the upcoming episode, Preesha enters the room with Rudraksh and she is surprised to see the room decorated beautifully, which was Rudraksh's surprise for her. The problem arises when she tries to talk to Rudraksh. She tries to talk about Revati but the two times she tries, she stops as she feels queasy and rushes to the washroom. Rudraksh tells her that he will listen to her in the morning, as right now she needs to rest. But another storm will be waiting to hit her the next morning.
