MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the previous episode, Preesha and Yuvraj come face to face and Yuvraj tells her that all he wants to do is break Preesha and Rudraksh apart.
Later, Revati comes to Preesha and shows her a video. in which GPS will be seen tied to a chair, asking for Preesha's help. Seeing this, Preesha gets terrified and starts wondering how to save GPS and stop Revati.

In the upcoming episode, Preesha falls unconscious on the floor and later wakes up with Revati sitting by her side with a happy expression. Revati tells her that she had a plan to arrest Saransh but now she is not angry anymore. She tells Preesha that she is happy now, as she will get her Dev back. Saying this, Revati shows some reports to Preesha, which say that Preesha is pregnant. Preesha sees this and gets shocked as Revati demands that she wants the baby, because the baby is Dev, and has returned.
