MUMBAI: Aman Maheshwari is an integral part of Sony TV's show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2.
The actor is playing the role of Neeraj in the drama series. Aman is seen in an out-and-out negative avatar and the viewers are in love with his performance.
Aman's character has seen a lot of changes with time.
Also, the viewers can’t expect some great changes in Aman's character as it is set to witness a 5-year leap.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Aman who spoke about Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 and much more.
Neeraj's character is constant throughout the show. Do you feel it is getting monotonous?
Well, that's because you can't change the person. That's how Neeraj is. He will never change. Neeraj is extremely mean, selfish, and very self-centered. He thought marrying Maitri would benefit him as he wanted a trophy wife, so he did that. He was not able to see Priya marrying a rich guy. As of now, Neeraj will remain the same. But somewhere down the line if he has that sense of realization, he might change, but even that's not sure.
How is it shooting with Disha Parmar?
I miss shooting with Disha and Nakuul. Although I haven't shot much with Nakuul, I had many scenes with Disha. She is a very cordial co-star. We laughed so much in the scenes. She always praises my patent angry look when I play with my facial expressions, especially the eyebrows.
What are your views on playing a negative role?
I have always been fascinated by playing negative roles. I wasn't really missing something when I was doing it. The best part of my character is that Neeraj is never standing in the scene. He will come, do his job and go away. Neeraj is not interested in any family drama. He is only concerned about him and making plans with Vedika. Neeraj is very clear in his head about what he wants and if he doesn't get it, he will simply exit.
