MUMBAI: Bigg Boss fame actor Saurabh Patel’s mother has been admitted to a hospital in Jabalpur after suffering a minor heart attack. Reportedly, his neighbour barged into their house abusing her about two weeks ago.

"I was in Mumbai for my shoots when I learned that my mother was hospitalised in my hometown, Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh after our neighbour, a lawyer by profession hurled abuses on her in a drunken state. He entered from our front gate with a weapon and also threatened to kill her. All this happened after they received a legal notice from Nagar Nigam here regarding an illegal construction in our area." The actor was quoted saying.

Saurabh adds, "Police came to sort out the issue. My mom was suffering from stress as she wasn't keeping well because of this issue. She fainted in front of the cops and later doctors diagnosed that she had experienced a heart attack. I request Jabalpur Police to help me and take action against the culprit."

The actor, who has earlier featured in the television show, Gudiya Humari Sabhi Pe Bhari and music videos says he cannot risk his mom's life after losing his dad to COVID last year.
