Vishwajeet Pradhan to get back to small screen with Life OK's next

Tellychakkar.com was the first to report about BBC Worldwide’s upcoming show for Life OK, tentatively titled ‘Ek Bhoond Ishqiya’. We had written about popular actors Harshad Chopda and Viraf Phiroz Patel being in the reckoning to play the lead role in the show. We now have some more exclusive information. Vishwajeet Pradhan, a renowned name in television and films has been roped in to play the main villain. The man who got appreciated for his stellar performance as Bhahmanand Jakkar in the path-breaking show Maryada Lekin Kab Tak? on Star Plus will yet again be playing an iconic role in the show. When contacted, Vishwajeet Pradhan told us, “Yes, talks are presently on for this show. However, everything is in the initial stage and I will get clarity in a couple of days time. I have been offered quite a lot of roles in the recent past, but they were all Xerox copies of Brahmanand Jakkar in some way or the other. So I wanted to take up something meaty, and this role seems to be offering the variety in wanted. Let’s wait and see if things materialize.” The present update with regard to the leads locked in the show is that Viraf Phiroz Patel and Chhavi Pandey has been cast as the leads in this show. Writer turned Producer Saba Mumtaz will be co-producing this show along with BBC Worldwide. The team will be shooting the pilot of the show very soon. Watch this space for more updates on the show.
