MUMBAI: Zee TV's show Mithai is a remake of a Bengali serial of the same title. The show has Debattama Saha and Aashish Bhardwaj as the lead cast. The show revolves around a girl named Mithai and her romantic life. The show is up for many twists and turns. The drama is going to intensify in the upcoming track.

The show is gearing up for some high voltage drama.
Mithai was getting suspicious of Shubham and Girish and to find out the truth, she played a trick. Mithai talks about a pre-wedding ritual, wherein, the husband has to fill Kumkum in the bride’s maang, before the wedding.
Girish falls for this and before Shubham could do it, he pulls him away. Thus, Mithai finally exposes their dirty trick of intending to defame her. This revelation has deeply shaken Sid and Dadu and they never expected such a drastic step.
Mithai chooses her self-respect and decides to leave the house.
Will Sid let her leave?
