MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running TV show. Abhimanyu and Akshara are winning hearts with their romance. Harshad Chopda plays Abhimanyu while Pranali Rathod portrays the character of Akshara.

Anand looks for Abhimanyu and is in a dilemma about sharing the truth with Akshara. Just then Neil arrives and tells Anand about Abhimanyu leaving the hospital in a hurry. Anand gets worried at the news and says that he shouldn't be driving on his own. Akshara gets surprised to hear this and questions.
Anand then informs her of the truth about Abhimanyu's nerve damage and that he will not be able to do surgeries now. Akshara gets shocked to hear this revelation and Abhimanyu's heartbroken face comes to her mind and she rushes outside to find Abhimanyu.
In the upcoming track, Abhimanyu drives his car and recollects Dr Singal's words and just then he realizes that he cannot control the steering wheel. Abhimanyu struggles to control the wheel and is saved from colliding with another car. However, he hits the tree and loses consciousness.
Will Abhimanyu survive the trauma with Akshara's help?
