Up until now, Ram assumes that Pihu is Krish's daughter while Vedika knows the truth that Priya did not kill Shivina from Ishaan.
Priya fakes a leg injury to make Pihu and Ram spend some time together. Ram ensures that Pihu is comfortable being with him but both of them are constantly irritated by each other.
According to the spoiler, Ram gets confused when he asks Pihu for her full name to write on the boarding pass.
When Pihu says that her full name is Pihu Sood, it confuses Ram and he starts wondering why Priya did not let Pihu take on Krish’s surname.
