In the previous episode, Chirag requests everyone to give statements against Bapudra and be witnesses while he records it on his phone. In the upcoming episode, Amir puts forward a clause in the quote but the judge goes through the papers and sees no such clause mentioned in it. This puts Pushpa's case in danger.
