As per the latest promo of the show, we see that Karan confesses his love for Preeta and she pushes him away calling him mad as she is Rishabh’s wife.
Before, Preeta used to refer to herself as Karan Luthra’s wife and now the tables have turned. However, Karan doesn’t budge and takes Preeta’s hand and takes pheras with her.
Preeta walks along and here begins a new Silsila.
