MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is constantly high on drama. We all know that the previous episodes were filled with lots of interesting twists and turns in the story.

After fighting with Gulabrao and his goons to save Sai and Savi's life, Virat was severely injured after he got shot by a bullet. He is in critical condition even after being operated on by Sai. Pakhi who came to know about Virat rushed to Kankauli to be with him and Vinayak. Virat had not informed anyone about Sai being alive. Currently, there are a lot of misunderstandings between Sai, Virat and Pakhi.
In the upcoming episode, Sai feels dizzy and is about to fall but suddenly Jagtap comes there and she falls in his arms. Unfortunately, Virat witnesses this and gets extremely angry and jealous.
Later, Pakhi comes home along with Savi and suddenly comes face-to-face with Sai as she will be standing with Vinayak. Pakhi is shocked to the core, seeing that Sai is still alive. Vinayak introduces Sai as his doctor aunty while Savi introduces Pakhi as Vinayak’s mom. However, Sai leaves from there as she doesn’t want to talk about the past.
Later, Pakhi gets into a conversation with her own reflection that tells her how Virat had still not forgotten Sai and now she is back.
Pakhi fears that now Sai will take Vinayak and Virat away from her and so she starts to think of a way to keep them with her. Pakhi sees Savi and Jagtap playing together and she gets shocked again seeing Jagtap alive.
