Annie Gill shoots her last scene in Sony TV's Anamika

Mudit Nayar who is playing Jeet in Sony Entertainment Television’s Anamika (Trishula Productions) updated his Facebook status last night (27 May 2013) saying, “Just shot my last scene with Annie Gill aka Rano... Feeling low...!!!!” We decided to investigate into the matter. Our source told us that Annie Gill who plays Rano is quitting the show. We further probed for the details, but he remained tight lipped. On tonight’s pre-cap (28 May 2013) you had seen Rano telling Chhavi (Shivani Surve) that her soul yearns for salvation. In an upcoming episode you will see Jeet performing a havan so that Annie’s soul can rest in peace. Chhavi will duly convey to Jeet that this is Rano’s wish. “The havan scene has been shot beautifully and is the best scene of the show till date,” added our source. We called Annie to get to know her side of the story. She clarified, “Of course I didn’t quit the show. It is just that my track ended. Rano wanted to see her family happy, after that she doesn’t have a further role. It was a very pleasant experience to work with the Anamika team.” Annie has played Rano’s role quite well.
