MUMBAI: Bollywood stars are known for their lavish lifestyles. From expensive cars, to houses and villas, they certainly know how to live life in style. Another celebrity has recently bought a splendid duplex bungalow in the chic area of Bandra, Mumbai. According to reports, actress Janhvi Kapoor bought this house for Rs. 65 crores, and this house is huge! Around 8,669 sq. ft. with a carpet area of 6,421 sq. ft. The purchase of the house was officially registered on October 12, and the stamp duty and registration fees alone cost her a whopping Rs. 3.90 crore. Janhvi’s previous flat in Juhu was sold to actor Rajkummar Rao for Rs. 44 crores, and it was around 3,456 sq. ft. in area.
Reports also say that Janhvi has bought a raw house in resale and is now planning to do a grand makeover. She might possibly shift and stay in Bandra like other celebrities. Janhvi hasn’t really opened up about her purchase so far, but we want to know if she might ask the star interior designer, Gauri Khan, to take on the makeover for her house. Gauri is known for her splendid and beautiful home makeovers.

Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most famous and appreciated star kids in Bollywood, and she has slowly made a name for herself with her various projects.
