MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the top shows and is always doing well with the ratings. The show took a huge turn post the leap and Imlie and Chini are now all grown up.
In the latest episode, we saw that Chini pretends to be broke because of Imlie and manipulates Atharva into taking her financial responsibility. Later, Atharva speaks to Imlie and begins to doubt Chini.
In the upcoming episode, we will see that Imlie visits Rathore house for the ritual of Paghphera. Chini feels and about no one caring for her. She finds that lotus is kept in the kitchen and that no one remembers that she is allergic to it. She plans to use it in her favour and steal the spotlight from Imlie. She sniffs on to the lotus so that that reaction is visible.
Chini comes in coughing and Imlie sees that she has a high fever. While the doctor comes to check Chini, Imlie goes to the kitchen to make something for Chini. She finds the spoon and ice cube tray in there and understands what happened.
She tells everyone that Chini ate ice so that she falls sick and does not have to go to the office. Imlie tells everyone that she came across the mail on Chini’s laptop about her leaves. She tries to explain to Chini that she should not do so just because her salary is being cut.
Chini mentions that she wanted the salary to buy something for Imlie and that she spoils the ritual as well.

Chini rests after the ritual is over while Imlie goes to get her soup and asks Atharva to stay with her. Chini once again lies to Atharva saying that she made herself fall sick so that she can be at home when he comes.
Imlie calls Chini from the kitchen and asks about the soup. Neither Chini nor Imlie hangs up the phone and just keep it aside unknowingly. Atharva gets angry and tells Chini that he will tell Imlie the truth. Chini stops him saying that the two had decided that they will unite once Atharva gains all the property and Bhaskar Times from Imlie.
He tells Chini that he feels that Chini might be misunderstanding Imlie and that she is a nice girl. But he is clear about the fact that Imlie is not going home with him. Chini notices the phone and worries about Imlie listening to their conversation. Atahrva tells Chini that he is determined to tell everyone the truth and get Chini what she deserves. Chini agrees and asks him to leave Imlie.
Imlie walks in and says that she wishes to stay back for Chini’s health.
Later, Imlie tells Atharva about the orphanage that years ago Imlie and Aryan had taken under them she says that after them, Arpita and now Imlie takes care of the kids there and celebrates her mother’s birthday there every year.
