MUMBAI: Recently, after winning an award at the Filmfare Achievers Night 2022, Shehnaaz Gill said in a tongue in cheek way that the award was for her hard work and no one else. She later added in a serious tone, “Main ek bande ko thank you bolna chahti hun. Thank you meri life mein aane ke liye. And itna mere pe invest kiya ki main aaj yahan pe pahunchi hun. Sidharth Shukla, this is for you.”
Fans were touched with this gesture of Shehnaaz, who shows how much she still misses the late Sidharth. The duo met in the Bigg Boss house and even after the show was over, they were inseparable. The Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania actor would have been 42 today.
Shehnaaz who was very close to the Bigg Boss 13 winner has shared a throwback picture of the late Sidharth on her social media page, today on his birth anniversary and written, “i will see you again. 12 12."
