MUMBAI : Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the longest-running Indian television shows and people still love it. The audience pours in immense love for the track and the chemistry of AbhiRa aka Abhimanyu and Akshara. The show is in for a lot of drama with the upcoming twists and turns.
Previously, Abhimanyu tells Akshara he has to go to Jaipur for urgent surgery and Akshara calls the NGO to tell them she cannot perform at the concert.
Furthermore, Neil decides to give his marriage with Aarohi a second chance.
Later, before leaving Abhimanyu asks Akshara to take care of herself. Still, Abhimanyu feels very anxious and does not feel good about leaving. Abhimanyu asks her to promise to not go out until he gets back.
Neil comes in and promises Abhimanyu that he will take care of Akshara and will not let Akshara get out of the room.

Akshara goes to the concert at the NGO. Neil takes Akshara to the NGO and on the way, Akshara gets a call from the children asking for help. Neil and Akshara see that the kids are in danger and are being kidnapped. The goons spot Neil and Akshara and Neil gets beaten up by the goons. He gets badly hurt and Akshara sees him getting stabbed. Akshara panics.
As she gets out of the car, Neil is in excruciating pain and falls at the ground unconscious. Akshara is shocked. Furthermore, Abhimanyu feels worried about Akshara’s whereabouts. He calls her and asks her where she is. He is later shocked after knowing what happened.
