MUMBAI : Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the longest-running Indian television shows and people still love it. The audience pours in immense love for the track and the chemistry of AbhiRa aka Abhimanyu and Akshara. The show is in for a lot of drama with the upcoming twists and turns.
Previously, Abhimanyu tells Akshara he has to go to Jaipur for urgent surgery and Akshara calls the NGO to tell them she cannot perform at the concert. Later, before leaving Abhimanyu asks Akshara to promise to not go out until he gets back. Akshara agrees and Abhimanyu feels better.
Furthermore, Abhimanyu asks Neil if he is okay with Aarohi and Neil says that he has decided to give his marriage with Aarohi a second chance as he cannot focus on the baby if he is angry with Aarohi.

In the upcoming track, Akshara suddenly suffers cramps and is in excruciating pain. Neil takes her to the hospital. They came to know on their way back that the girls at the NGO have been kidnapped and they rush to their rescue. Neil gets badly beaten up by the goons.
Furthermore, Abhimanyu feels regret for leaving Akshara alone and trusting her to take care of herself. He feels he should not have trusted Akshara.
Later, as Neil is admitted to the hospital, his condition is critical. We will further see that he will pass away and Abhimanyu will hold Akshara responsible. The families will be left shattered.
