MUMBAI :ZEE TV’s new show- Maitree stars Shrenu Parikh and Bhaweeka Chaudhary. The show is supposedly a story of friendship and betrayal by a close friend. It will be interesting to see how Maitree’s story unfolds. The show also stars Zaan Khan and Namish Taneja and is now focusing on Maitree and Saransh’s upcoming wedding.
We see that Maitree sees Saransh in a drunk condition and he soon falls unconscious. On the other hand, Nandini and Ashish’s dance is praised by everyone and Nandini gets emotional over getting a partner like Ashish.
Later, Maitree calls Nandu and Ashish to Saransh and Ashish pours water on Saransh and he wakes up. Nandu asks him if he was drunk, to which he agrees. He comes up with an excuse that his drink was spiked by his college friends and he didn’t willingly get drunk.
He swears on his mother and this makes Ashish believe him, in turn, Maitree apologizing to Saransh.
Now, we will see that Saransh comes to Maitree’s room in the middle of the night, to her shock and clamps her mouth shut. He makes her sit and kneels in front of her and the discussion gets intense.
Saransh tells Maitree that she shouldn’t marry him if she has an ounce of doubt in her mind and tells her that she deserves all the happiness in the world. Maitree doesn’t understand why is Saransh saying all this.
She asks him the same. He tells her that this is the last time he asks her this and since they only recently met, it will be okay if she doesn’t want to marry him. However, he claims that he loves Maitree and confesses the same to her.
What will be Maitree’s reaction to this?
