Bhushan Kumar ropes in Umesh Shukla for a four-film deal

T-Series head honcho Bhushan Kumar is on cloud nine after his recent release Aashiqui 2 went on to enter the prestigious Rs 100 crore club. Now, having decided to push the envelope, he has roped in director Umesh Shukla of OMG! fame for a four-film deal. Confirming the news says Bhushan Kumar, “Yes we have signed a four-film deal with director Umesh Shukla, the first being an Abhishek-Bachchan starrer. Umesh is an extremely talented director and as a producer I have full faith in his ability to helm the project. We are very excited to have him onboard. We are yet to sign the female lead.” The producer is currently in talks with several big names in his attempt to rope in an actress to star alongside Abhishek.
