MUMBAI: SAB TV is out with an amazing show by Peninsula Pictures, Alibaba - Dastaan-E-Kabul. The show is inspired by the popular story of Alibaba and the forty thieves and has enough buzz around it. Recently, Abhishek Nigam reprised the lead role of Alibaba on the show.
The premise of the show is simple, and so far, the story that we have been told is that in the Mamuli Gali of Kabul, Ali Baba lives with five orphans, Gulrez, Himaad, Poya, Nafi, and Alifi. Despite being poor, Ali Baba is a very good person at heart who is unaware of his destiny and talent.

Previously, Ali and Marjina enter the castle where some guards try to question Ali when they notice Mariyam with him. Ali finally comes to know that Marjina is Mariyam.
So Mariyam finally kills Saddam and then gets attacked by guardians of the palace but Ali comes and saves her.
Ali and Simsim together go in search of Talisman and finally reach the place where Ali's mother stays.
Interestingly, Ali saves Roshni from being hit by an arrow, and things go according to Simsim's plan. Ali gets questioned as to why he saved her and what his ulterior motive is.
Later, Simsim tells an injured Ali about her plans to raise Iblis.
Now, Sahiba comes to know that Ali is here and is super angry since he tried to trick her.
