Shweta Kwatra who played a convincing vamp in Kkusum and Kahanii Ghar Ghar Ki has been out of serials since quite some time now. Seen only as a host the actress is now making a comeback with a new show.
“I have taken up a tri weekly show. The title and the channel are not yet decided as we have not started shooting,” says Shweta.
Giving out some details she explains, “It would be a mixture of modern day cum periodic drama. It’s not a mytho but a pure drama where I’ll be seen in a contemporary style. The story is inter-related. I just know this much about the show.”

Elaborating on her character she says, “I’m essaying the role of a history teacher in the show. Beside teaching students the story will also focus on her personal life. The USP is that there is a bound script. This means that it will not change as per the TRPs, which is great.
The show is a thirty minute show and will be aired on prime time. Though the day and the exact time is yet to be decided,” concludes the actress.
So as the actress brushes up on her History let’s wait and watch how convincing a vamp is as a teacher.
