MUMBAI: Delving into the lives of two strong-willed women from two diametrically opposing societal settings, each inspirational in their respective worlds, Sony Entertainment Television brings viewers a captivating story with ‘Hum Rahein Na Rahein Hum’. The show follows the journeys of Damayanti, the principled traditionalist matriarch of the royal Barot family based in Ranak and Surilii, a vibrant and modern thinking young girl.

In the previous episode, Surilii and Shivendra have a conversation where Shivendra admits that his mother had sent money to keep her away from his life.
He apologizes on her behalf, but Surilii reassures him that he doesn't need to apologize for his mother's actions as it's not his fault. However, Surilii mentions that she cannot forgive him for bringing her to Mahabaleshwar from Mumbai without her knowledge.
Shivendra explains why he did what he did, but Surilii makes him realize that by trying to rectify one mistake, he ended up making another. She explains that their worlds are different, and as she can't understand his world, she doesn't expect him to understand her situation completely.
Later, they find themselves stuck in a storm as Shivendra's car runs out of petrol. Surilii suggests that they should stay away from each other as things are going from bad to worse since they met.
In the upcoming episode, Surilli walks ahead of Shivendra on a deserted road surrounded by silence. While walking, she hears rustling and an unfamiliar sound that terrifies her.
At that time, Shivendra arrives there and on seeing him, she breathes a sigh of relief, feeling more at ease in his presence.
Later, Shivendra unpacks his backpack and starts making arrangements while Surillii asks him if they should return to the car. Shivendra rejects the idea and chooses to stay there until the morning.
Later in the night, the driver, who had abandoned Surillii, arrives there and they tie him up with a rope.
However, he pleads for mercy, explaining that hunger drove him to desert Surillii.
Feeling compassionate, Surillii offers him some energy bars, leaving Shivendra astonished. Meanwhile in the palace, Swatilekha is eager to have all the information about Surillii but Damayanti is busy finding Shivendra.
