MUMBAI : Popular drama series Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is constantly high on drama. We all know that the previous episodes were filled with lots of interesting twists and turns in the story. Fans love the chemistry of Pakhi and Virat and the gripping storyline as well as their impeccable performances of the show.

Previously, Usha explains to Sai that her marriage with Satya doesn't make sense as she loves Virat. Later, Sai thinks of all the times when she got a hint to get together with Virat.
Therefore, Sai decides to go and talk to Satya immediately but things are not going to be easy now as Satya is actually in the hospital, preparing to propose to Sai.
While Satya does all the arrangements for Sai, a nurse tells him that he looks like a college student. She also points out how Satya is nervous and tells him that she is his wife now and shouldn't be nervous.
Satya will be about to spill the truth but takes a pause and tells her that they got married too soon and he has never formally proposed to anyone, which is why he is nervous.
Now, the doctor informs Sai and Virat that Satya is partially paralyzed, due to which he won't be able to feel anything below his hips.
Sai breaks down after hearing this but is determined to not give up and stand by Satya. She believes that it'll be alright once Satya gets his operation done.
Meanwhile, Virat asks her what happened to Satya. Sai informs him everything and Virat asks her if this is what she wanted to talk to him about at the airport but Sai ignores it.
After Virat comes back to see Sai, he sees that Satya has gained consciousness. However, the moment breaks Virat from inside as he sees the closeness once again between Sai and Satya.
Virat gets teary eyed seeing this and decides to leave from there.
