Nidhi wants Rajveer to stay in jail but Preeta is not ready to let Rajveer suffer.
Therefore, when Nidhi turns to slap Rajveer, Preeta grabs Nidhi's hand and twists it.
Later in the storyline, Preeta warns Nidhi to stay out of their life as she won't let her punish Rajveer anymore.
So later you will see Preeta taking a big step to get Rajveer out of jail.
