MUMBAI:A few days ago, Zee5 took to social media to share a poster of the film Haddi which stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead role. The actor is seen wearing a saree in the poster, and he portrays the character of a transgender in the film.
The poster said that the film is coming soon on Zee 5, and now, we have come to know that Haddi will premiere this month itself. The release date of the movie is not yet officially announced, but it will start streaming this month itself.

Haddi is directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma who has earlier worked as an assistant director on many films and OTT series like AK vs AK, Sacred Games, Manmarziyaan, Lust Stories, and others. This movie will mark his directorial debut.
Nawazuddin is a very good actor, but his last few films have failed to make a mark. Now, everyone is expecting that with Haddi he will be back with a bang.
This year, we have already seen him in Afwaah, Jogira Sara Ra Ra, and Tiku Weds Sheru. Afwaah and Jogira Sara Ra Ra were disasters at the box office, and Tiku Weds Sheru, which got an OTT release, also failed to impress the audiences.
Talking about his upcoming films, apart from Haddi, he will be seen in Adbhut, Noorani Chehra, and Sangeen. The release dates of other films are not yet announced.
