Elvish has spoken about his ‘ex’ but never revealed her name. He was reportedly dating Kirti for a long time. As per some reports, the two met in college and Elvish was captivated by her charm and beauty. He fell for her head over heels once during a dance rehearsal when he saw her in a kurta and leggings. 

Kirti and Elvish dated for about 6-7 years and broke up a year and a half back reportedly.
