MUMBAI: Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 just wrapped up with Elvish Yadav taking the trophy home, but he was not the only star of the show.
Manisha Rani is a well-known social media influencer and these days, she grabbed headlines for her participation in Bigg Boss OTT Season 2. She entertained, played a solid game, and won so many hearts finishing up as the 2nd Runner-Up of the show.
Every season of Bigg Boss creates that stars who might not win the show but go on to become some of the biggest stars of the show.
Manisha has gone on to become one of the favorites of the show and the fans say that she has a simple and sweet authentic personality that they love and can relate to.
Just after her win, Manisha Rani caught up with the media, and she had this to say about all the love she is getting from people, she said, “First of all I had been waiting all my life to see this sight, so thank you to you guys, and I love you all”.
On the relationships that she thinks will continue outside the house, she said, “I have made two great friends inside the house, Abhishek and Elivish, which I think, will be my friends for life now”.
On Elvish, winning the show as a wild card and Abhishek coming out as a runner-up despite being on the journey since day one, and how fair it was, she said, “There is no doubt that Elvish is a very strong personality and so is Abhishek, and if I have to see and compare the journey, because surviving in Bigg Boss daily, is quite the struggle itself, so in that sense, Abhishek had to struggle a bit more, but if Elvish has won, that means that the audiences have loved him like that, but when we talk about struggle then the wild-cards have to struggle a bit less because surviving in Bigg Boss daily is a different thing”
Talking about the allegations that, that they have always called Elvish as a wild card and not deserving and how impactful that has been, she said, “The point is that no matter how close I am to Abhishek, when you look at the game as a game then, even if my sister comes in the house, when we talk about the fair game, because living in the house for 60 days and living there for 8 weeks, is s different situation, and going through nominations and changing dynamics can affect your morale, surviving in the house again on the daily basis is a different thing, and when you are there for a month, you will definitely have a different energy, but no doubt that it is Elvish’s personality that is very strong, that leaves a person stunned and he is a very personality, and he is my friend, so I am exrely happy that he has won, but I have seen Abhishek’s journey since day 1, so if he would have won, I would have been happy then as well, and Elvish has created history by winning the show as a wild card because it has not happened in 17 years of the show”.
On the speculations, if she thought Elvish used them, she said, “One profit that the wildcards get, is that they can see the show and see who they like or not but I don't think that was the case, I think we connected purely, and we found a genuine connection, it was not just for game sake”.
