Shubhangi Latkar roped in to play Arhaan Behll's mother in FilmFarm’s next for Zee TV

After roping in Arhaan, who shot to fame with his character-driven role of Krishna in Star Plus’ Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya, the makers have now roped in talented Marathi actress Shubhangi Latkar. A certain section of the media had earlier reported about Ananya Khare playing mother to the male lead Shiv. However, we have been given to understand that not Ananya but Shubhangi – who was last seen on TV in Sahara One’s Ganga Ki Dheej – will make her comeback to Hindi TV with this role. She will be playing mother to Arhaan, according to our source. When contacted, Shubhangi confirmed the news to Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, I have signed the contract for the Zee TV show. It is a very interesting character, and I was excited about the fact that I play a Rajasthani lady.” We tried to contact producer Pintoo Guha, but could not reach him.
