Previously, Yuvika and Nagars are surprised to see Kartik and DJ hanging out together where Kartik is dressed in fancy clothes. Yuvika gets upset and tries to advise him to stay away from DJ.
Later, Kartik tells Yuvika that he will be there for her and openly tells her that he loves her. Neil accidentally hears their talk.
Further, Dj tries to gel in with Kartik and plants the idea of a proposal surprise within him. Kartik initially feels skeptical but eventually likes it.
Now, Yuvika reaches the venue for the surprise but Kartik leaves in DJ's luxury car, which DJ offers him to drive. Kartik is elated. He tells Yuvika that he is out with DJ since she was late and that he will meet her later. Yuvika is shocked and upset.
