MUMBAI: Sony TV’s show ‘Katha Ankahee’ produced by Sphere Origin, is a remake of the Turkish serial “1001 Nights”. The show stars Adnan Khan, who is known for the show Ishq Subhanallah and Aditi Sharma, who is known for her roles in shows like Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka, Gangaa, etc.
The show has managed to tap into the subtle relationship complexities and arc of relationships.

In the show, we see that Teji and Katha will be at loggerheads and even Kailash will intervene, saying that Aarav was and will always be their waris, and whatever Katha decides to do, he will support her.
In the upcoming episodes, we will see that Viaan’s mother is against the marriage and she wants Katha to have more children. But Katha only wants to focus on Aarav. Eventually, the conversation escalates so much that the shocking thing is revealed that Katha can never become a mother again, on hearing which Teeji becomes angry and against the marriage.
Vivaan loses his cool on his mother and lashes out at her for which Teeji blames Katha for creating a distance between them.
