MUMBAI: Actress Sanyogeeta Bhave is seen in Star Plus' recently launched drama series Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si.
The beautiful diva is essaying the role of Sarita Joshi in the drama series.
She is Karan Veer Mehra's mother in the show.
It's been just a few weeks the show has kickstarted and the viewers are in love with the storyline.
In an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, Sanyogeeta opened up about her co-stars and much more.
Talking about her chemistry with on-screen son Karan, she said, "I am really happy that my chemistry with Karan has been very good. He is learning Marathi. I must comment that his pronunciation is amazing. I told him that he will learn Marathi in a jiffy. It feels really nice.''
Sanyogeeta opened up on working with some of the actors from the show previously and said, ''I have worked with Ujwala Jog. We call her Laali Maushi. The entire Maarthi industry calls her by this name. I have worked with her earlier. I have a very good bond. It feels very different but good to work with our people.''
Spilling beans on her character, Sanyogeeta said, ''I was very positive in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. She was fighting for her son and her identity as well. There was a different struggle in Amba's life. But here Sarita is fighting for her son and she has an upper hand in the family. It's like she is the boss of the house.''
Sanyogeeta also revealed if she prepared for the role of Sarita and said, ''There were not many preparations that needed to be done for this character. I had to completely forget Amba. I did not have to show Amba even a little bit in my character as she was very different. Here Sarita is not that emotional although she is attached to her family. She is very practical.''
Lastly, when Sanyogeeta was asked if she will be seen as a typical saas in the show, she said, ''I really have no idea about it. But both the families are discussing Vandana and Vaibhav's marriage.''
