MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.

Earlier, A brawl between Shubham and Adhiraj as both possess feelings for Kavya. Kavya witnesses a rift between them, prompting Kavya to take a stand against Adhiraj, ultimately resulting in his suspension from the academy. He gets angry at her for taking the side of Shubham.
In the upcoming episode, Kavya returns home from her IAS training, where she's given a grand welcome by her family. However, Giriraj's resentment at Kavya's success fuels his determination to bring her and her family down. Giriraj sets a trap, accusing Rajeev of bribery, which ultimately leads to the police incarcerating Rajeev. Meanwhile, Kavya's relationship with Adhiraj hangs in the balance as she takes actions that lead to his suspension. Adhiraj, consumed by anger, declares that he will forget Kavya.
The question remains Can Kavya rescue her father, Rajeev, from this perilous situation?
