MUMBAI:The episode starts with Mahadev arriving at Himavan’s palace with his baraatis. Mainavati performs his tilak and feels sad recalling her refusing to allow Parvati to marry Shiv. Shiv nods her not to gets sad. Mainavati welcomes him and says it’s her past life’s good virtue that she got Shiv as her son-in-law. She performs Shiv’s aarti. Himavan welcomes Shiv. Parvati’s friend asks if they can take Parvati from here to get her ready for the flower ritual. Mahadev nods okay. Parvati walks away with her friends looking back at Shiv. Serial’s title track plays in the background. Himavan welcomes everyone.
Tarakasur looks at his magical net and signals at Shankchurn. Sadhus and common humans walk in. Shankchurn stops them and says let tridev and nandi gan enter palace first, they will enjoy first as baraatis and then goin. They ask what kind of enjoyment. Shankchurn says one which will be remembered for generations. Tarakasur enlarges himself and traps them in his magical net. Citizens get afraid and seek Mahadev’s help. Tarakasur says their Mahadev can’t help him and will have to bend in front of him.
Parvati returns for the flower throwing ritual. Her friends encourage her to throw flowers at Shiv. She shyingly throws flower at Shiv recalling doing same earlier as Sati. Friend say she is shying so much and demand gifts from Shiv before performing next ritual. Narad says worldly rituals. Nandi informs Shiv that Tarakasur kidnapped all baratis and took them away.
Dhiti walks in and asks why there is silence like a dead house in this wedding house. She asks if it’s because of Tarakasur, will Mahadev marry Paravati or free innocent barati, he should not marry or forget jagat kalyan. Shiv angrily stamps his trishul. Earth shakes. Shiv tells Dhiti that jagat kalyan is important for him and tells Parvati’s parents that he will marry Parvati for sure if he returns from the war.
