MUMBAI: Apsara Rani, an Indian actress who mainly works in Telugu films, made her acting debut with a romantic drama ‘4 Letters’. She then got a role in the romantic horror by Satya Prakash, ‘Oollalla Oollalla’.
A fun fact here is that the actress’ real name is Anketa Maharana but later when she got to do a movie with Ram Gopal Varma, he insisted she change her name to Apsara Rani. Ram Gopal Varma and Apsara Rani joined hands for a romantic thriller, ‘Thriller’. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic the film was released on OTT. Later, they once again came back with India’s first lesbian crime action film ‘Dangerous’.
Apart from appearing as an actress, Apsara has also performed item songs in movies like ‘Krack’ that featured Ravi Teja and Shruti Hassan and ‘Seetimaarr’.
The reviews of the movies she appeared in might be mixed to negative but she surely made her name with her performances and her extremely hot looks. The audience were mesmerized by her hotness and she made sure to get all the attention of her fans.
