MUMBAI: A lot of new shows are in the pipeline and will soon go on the floors. Some are all set for launches in the coming days. Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.The show will be produced by DJ’s – A Creative Unit, which have been active in the industry for more than 20 years, and has been the name behind some of the biggest shows like ‘Just Mohabbat’, ‘Left Right Left’, ‘Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin’, ‘Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi’, ‘Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahan’, ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’, ‘Chotti Bahu’, ‘Sumit Sambhal Lega’, and more. The current track is about Shubh forcing Kavya to give her IAS seat to him.

Currently, Kavya has realized that she is madly in love with Adiraj and vice versa. Giriraj is dead against this alliance as he doesn’t want a strong headed girl like Kavya in his house as he knows she will never allow him to do the work that he wants.
Giriraj will provoke Rajeev Bansal against Adiraj and Kavya’s alliance as well and takes promise from him that he will not allow Kavya to get close to Adiraj at any cost. Adiraj and Kavya are experiencing the most beautiful moment in their life but have not discussed about the same with their family as they know that the two will not be accepted by them.
