MUMBAI : A lot of new shows are in the pipeline and will soon go on the floors. Some are all set for launches in the coming days. Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.The show will be produced by DJ’s – A Creative Unit, which have been active in the industry for more than 20 years, and has been the name behind some of the biggest shows like ‘Just Mohabbat’, ‘Left Right Left’, ‘Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin’, ‘Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi’, ‘Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahan’, ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’, ‘Chotti Bahu’, ‘Sumit Sambhal Lega’, and more. The current track is about Shubh forcing Kavya to give her IAS seat to him.

Currently, Kavya is very excited as finally her dream is getting fulfilled as she is going to her first posting. She wants to conquer the world and make her parents proud.
Adiraj on the other hand has no job as he has been kick out from IAS. Rajeev Bansal will be seen making fun of Adiraj being good for nothing and will ask Kavya to search for a better option.
Kavya will feel sad as Adiraj made this sacrifice to save her career. Adiraj will soon decide to switch his career and become a journalist.
This is going to be the biggest turning point of the show as Adiraj will want to prove his worth to Kavya and her family.
