MUMBAI : Rahul Ravi, who is well-known for playing the major role in the hit show Nandini, has been missing, which was shocking news for the Kannada television industry. Days after his wife Lakshmi complained of him for harassment, the news became public. Media sources state that he appears to be fleeing and that the Chennai police are actively searching for him.
For those who are unaware, Rahul married Lakshmi in December 2020, and reports from the media indicated that their marriage had failed quickly after the wedding. Rahul was reportedly charged with having extramarital affairs. In fact, it was said that Lakshmi's revelations about Rahul's relationship with another girl led to an intense argument between the couple.
She followed the path and went to his apartment, where she discovered a girl in his bedroom. Rahul had allegedly assaulted Lakshmi, annoyed over the same. According to reports in the media, the incident happened on April 26 of this year. Additionally, Rahul claimed that his wife was not mentally sound, although Lakshmi had filed a complaint against him.
But the Madras High Court rejected the allegations, and therefore his rebuttal went in vain. Actually, on November 3, this bail request was rejected as well and currently has an arrest warrant out for him. Still, the police are attempting to find Rahul after he goes missing.
For those who are unaware, Rahul is a model who turned actor, and the show Ponnambili gave him his big break. He has appeared in the movies Kattum Makan and Indian Love Story. Nonetheless, it was during his time on the bilingual show Nandini that he rose to fame. Ranhul's most recent appearance was in Kannakananne on Sun TV.
