MUMBAI : Star Plus, a premier entertaining channel known to deliver extraordinary content and venture into unexplored territory, has brought its audience a new show, Jhanak. Hiba Nawab will be seen essaying the titular role of Jhanak in the show, along with Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh as the main protagonist, and Chandani Sharma will essay the character of Arshi in the show.

Currently, Jhanak is forced to perform the Sindoor ceremony by the Basu family as its part of their family tradition. Anirudh will hide his face and does video call and appears as Jhanak’s husband to continue the ceremony.
Things are soon going to change as Anirudh will start getting attracted to Jhanak. Jhanak’s simplicity and pure heart will pull Anirudh towards her.
Jhanak also has feelings to Anirudh but is not able to accept it as he is engaged to Arshi. The Basu family is keeping a close watch on Jhanak and Anirudh and not allow them to spend time together.
Jhanak wants to know about her biological father and will hence start her new journey.
