MUMBAI: Star Plus, a premier entertaining channel known to deliver extraordinary content and venture into unexplored territory, has brought its audience a new show, Jhanak. Hiba Nawab will be seen essaying the titular role of Jhanak in the show, along with Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh as the main protagonist, and Chandani Sharma will essay the character of Arshi in the show.

Earlier, Anirudh asked Jhanak to wear the same saree that he had gifted but she refused it. He said he at least once in a while she will wear. Meanwhile, Mimi and Rumi called Jhanak making Anirudh and Jhanak panic. Anirudh asked Jhanak to open the door as he would manage.
Tejas discovered that Jhanak is in Kolkata with Anirudh. He planned to go to Kolkata and bring her back otherwise he would kill her there only. Jhanak looked pretty in Anirudh's gifted Saree.
Now, Bipasha insists that Jhanak take a video call so that they can record it, Jhanak gets scared and emotional as Tanuja hopes her husband should not be a criminal. Bipasha asks Arshi about Shrishti and Arshi tells her that she will be there in a while.
Meanwhile, Jhanak receives the call and Dadi asks everyone to shut their mouth so she can receive a call and he would not get any other reason to avoid Jhanak. Jhanak is surprised to hear his voice. Anirudh was talking by pretending to be her husband with the help of a voice modulator app. He says that he did it to protect her, so please start the rasam as soon as possible. Bipasha asks him that they want to see him. Anirudh gets concerned.
