MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.

Currently, Kavya will get married to Adiraj against the wishes of his family. Kavya is not willing to sacrifice her career or marriage and will try to strike a balance in her life.
Adiraj on the other hand wants to make his career in Journalism but this is not accepted by Giriraj at any cost. Giriraj will hence fake his own heart attack and will emotionally blackmail Adiraj to take part in politics.
This is going to be the biggest turning point of the show as Giriraj will put Adiraj and Kavya against each other.
Will Kavya be able to save her marriage as well as career?
