MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya's struggles to find a balance between her personal and professional lives for Adi, despite everyone putting obstacles in her way.

Earlier, Adhiraj revealed that Omi killed Navya when he stood in front of Malini. Malini and Adhiraj were sobbing when they heard their doorbell ring. When Malini questioned who it might be, she was shocked to hear that Kavya says it's her. Malini tried to stop Adhiraj and told him not to tell Kavya anything when he had decided to confront her and confess the truth. Adhiraj met Kavya to tell her the truth.

In the upcoming episode, Kavya and her family will be filled with enthusiasm as they get ready to greet Omi home with a magnificent party. As the festivities begin and pleasure fills the air, the mood will abruptly shift when the police arrive,  presenting Kavya with a knife and a saree bearing her fingerprints. Shock grips everyone, particularly Kavya and Adhiraj.
